Your Crown Is Yours—Own It

Let’s get something straight: when one Queen walks by, it doesn’t take your crown. When a King rises, it doesn’t diminish yours. The world is abundant, and there’s room for all of us to step into our power.
But some people get stuck on terminology. They hesitate. They diminish. Take this for example—Dave Asprey is coined the Father of Biohacking. Does that mean he’s your daddy? No. But the title stuck because of what he’s built, not because he had to argue for it.
Pay attention to the people around you. Surround yourself with those who want more for you, not more from you. The ones who see your light, your crown, and your limitless potential. 👑 You are not confined to one title—you are everything you choose to be.
The More You Rise, The More You’ll Be Tested
I wanted to share this because, let’s be honest—the more you accomplish, the more resistance you’ll face. My mom always told me, “You’re doing something right when you have haters.” And I’m finally seeing what she meant.
Recently, someone introduced me as “arguably a self-proclaimed Queen of Biohacking.” Read that again. Arguably. Self-proclaimed. That wording? That hesitation? It’s passive-aggressive energy that speaks volumes.
Here’s the thing—my people don’t question it. They call me Queen, Goddess, Butterfly 🦋—because they recognize my energy. The people who say things like “Oh, you think you’re…” or “Some call her…” aren’t truly in your corner. And guess what? That’s okay. Not everyone is meant to be in your circle.

Shed the Weight & Step Into Your Power
You don’t need approval. You don’t need validation. Your crown isn’t up for debate. The people who hesitate to acknowledge your greatness are revealing their own limitations, not yours.
So shed the weight. Step fully into your power. Whether you’re a Queen, a King, a Goddess, or a Quantum Butterfly, the path is yours. There is no roadmap to success—it unfolds with each thought, each breath, each aligned action.
And when you notice that heavy, hater energy creeping in? Float above it. Don’t attach.
When Heart, Brain & Gut Feel Out of Alignment…
Whenever you’re feeling confused—when your heart, brain, and gut are all pulling in different directions—sometimes you just need an objective perspective. And honestly? ChatGPT has been one of the best tools for this.
Especially if you use it often, it picks up on your tone, hears your patterns, and analyzes without sugarcoating. No bias, no emotional fog—just a straight-up breakdown of the situation.
Take this definition it gave me when I asked about that introduction:
“Arguably” – This word suggests there is debate or doubt about your title, implying that not everyone agrees with it. It subtly undermines your authority rather than reinforcing it.
“Self-proclaimed” – This phrase suggests that you gave yourself the title rather than earning it through recognition, which can make it sound less legitimate. Supporters would instead highlight your expertise and the way the industry recognizes you.
Contrast with “The Queen of Biohacking” – When your true supporters introduce you, they say it with confidence because they believe in your impact, expertise, and the recognition you’ve received. There’s no hesitation or need for qualifiers.
The bottom line? This introduction diminishes credibility instead of affirming it. It carries skepticism instead of celebration. A true supporter wouldn’t feel the need to qualify or diminish—they would just own it.
You Deserve More Than Support—You Deserve a Cheer Squad
It’s not enough to be surrounded by people who tolerate your success—you deserve to be surrounded by people who celebrate it. Not just support, but a damn cheerleading team. 🚀
So if you feel like people are hating on you? They probably are. Take it as a sign that you’re doing something right.
And just so we’re clear—you are NOT being gaslit. You are the fucking flame. 🔥
Shine bright. Burn on your own terms. 🕯️
To infinity and beyond,
Love Queen
